Maryland baseball hosts Ohio State for a three-game weekend series

Maryland (10-12 BIG) has a rematch against Ohio Country (13-9 Big) for a three-game weekend series at Bob "Turtle" Smith Stadium.
In the previous matchup, the teams split two games on March 28 and 29, when Ohio State won 5-four in Game 1 and Maryland gained a 9-3 victory in Game two.
The residuum of power in this matchup is the Maryland criminal offense versus the Ohio Country rotation. The Buckeye rotation is led by Garrett Burhenn (2-1, 4.15 ERA), Seth Lonsway (ane-4, 4.45 ERA), and Jack Neely (1-i, 4.01 ERA). Dean made his beginning first of the season against Ohio State and stuck out three over three innings and allowed one run in the Maryland v-4 defeat. Savacool pitched five innings and allowed iii runs with five strikeouts in a 9-iii Maryland victory.
Ohio Country offset baseman Connor Pohl is the squad leader in offensive product. Pohl was the unabridged law-breaking for Ohio State in its 9-three loss to Maryland.
